While Krista was still working in corporate America, she and Christian began their real estate journey by “flipping properties”. They were immediately intrigued by every aspect of a real estate transaction so in 2006 when Krista was thinking of making a career change, she decided to follow her passion and started her career as a full-time Real Estate Broker.
After having a couple negative experiences with Realtors in the past, they vowed to make working with a real estate agent a positive experience for all involved in the transaction. The Cutlers' and their team commits to their clients that they will always receive the top notch service they expect and deserve starting with education and maintaining communication throughout the real estate transaction. They believe these are the two biggest keys to a successful transaction and this method has proven to be successful for sellers to first-time home buyers to seasoned investors.
They moved to North Carolina in the late 90’s after graduating from college. They are proud to show people around the beautiful and charming state of North Carolina. Before finding their passion, Krista spent several years in marketing and managing mid-size companies. These experiences have afforded her several skills that are helpful in Real Estate. Her marketing side allows the creative and advertising side to flourish while her management and analytical side makes her detail oriented and precise.
Krista’s success as a Real Estate Broker can be seen through repeat customers, continued referrals, as well as some of her accomplishments including being nominated as a “5 Star Agent” by Charlotte Magazine multiple years, Top Ten NC Exit Realtors by volume 2009, Exit Realty South’s 2007, 2008 and 2009 Sales Leader, Exit Realty South’s 2007 Listing Leader as well as Exit Realty Corporate prestigious 90-10 Club and The Floyd Wickman Leadership Award, Fathom Realty Diamond Club recipient 2013 and 2014.
They enjoys spending time with their son and traveling. The couple is also very passionate about several charities but focuses on Susan G. Komen – Race for the Cure and the Humane Society. They are also active in their community and Church.
They set themselves apart from the crowd by becoming an invaluable resource to the buyers and sellers they work with. When the Cutlers' say they are “more than realtors”, they mean they become your friend, advisor, and confidant.
For the last FOUR years in a row - Inc. 500 has included Fathom Realty as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the nation - from all industries! And most recently, we were named as the fastest growing privately held residential real estate company in the nation. Although that is wonderful recognition for us, it hasn't changed who we are or what has fueled our growth. Our motto certainly isn't original, "Whoever wants to be great must become a servant," but more and more people say they find it refreshing. As a company, the fact is we still simply exist to serve. If we get that part right, we believe growth will continue to take care of itself.
